About the Foundation

The Brain Buddies Foundation was created to increase access to Qualitative EEG (qEEG) in hopes of  helping a wider range of neurodivergent people to better understand how their brains work starting from a young age!

A qEEG analyzes “brainwaves,” or electrical impulses occurring at the surface of the scalp. The digital data produced by this non-invasive procedure can then be analyzed to create what is commonly referred to as a “brain map.” These brain maps can be interpreted and used as a clinical tool to identify possible imbalances, evaluate brain function, assess brain trauma, monitor medication efficacy, and track changes over time.

Our ultimate goal is to help every child obtain access to these scans...and EARLY! The data from this testing can provide invaluable information, not only to medical providers, but to family members and teachers as well. Why leave a child's brain to chance and guesswork when we now have the tools to provide them with a roadmap to their own success?

We believe all children should have access to diagnosis, treatment, and healing!

Change children's lives with us!

What's the plan?

The Brain Buddies Foundation will be starting with charter schools and private schools in Southwest Pennsylvania. We want to make it possible for children everywhere to receive assesment, diagnosis and treatment for their neurodiversities!

We plan to join hands with others who are passionate about our mission, and to ultimately make our way across the United States! It is the founder's dream to see this kind of assessment and treatment also being offered in rehabilitation centers and correctional facilities. What if we could change the world by healing one brain at a time?

This is the key to reducing suicide, crime, violence, addiction, overdoses and even murder. The mind is POWERFUL; powerful enough to heal this world!
